During our stay, we observed that some campers, including contractors, appeared to remain in the park well beyond the 90-day limit that we were told applied to us. We also found that neither of the sites we occupied was level, and site sizes can vary, so if you're traveling in a large fifth wheel or motorhome, I would recommend confirming that your assigned site will accommodate your rig before making a reservation.

This campground offers very few amenities beyond a fenced dog park, with no bathhouse, laundry facilities, pool, or other features that many RV parks in this price range provide. Based on our experience, we did not feel the monthly rate reflected the value we received. Every RVer has different priorities, but if you're looking for a resort-style campground with numerous amenities and consistent management practices, I would encourage you to research recent reviews carefully and decide whether this park is the right fit for your travel style.
